Q: What’s your percentage?

A: Our percentage of the sale is decided on before the sale during our free consultation. We value your items and estimate how much you’ll make on the sale, and determine what services will be needed to ensure a successful sale.
Q: Do I need to rent tables/display tables/cabinets/clothes racks?

A: No. Early Bird Estate Sales LLC provides everything you need to properly display your items in an appealing way for buyers.
Q: If I live out of state, can we still have the estate sale?

A: Absolutely. We are able to handle everything over the phone and email/mail to ensure full communication throughout the process.
Q: What other services do you offer?

A: Early Bird Estate Sales LLC provides full deep cleaning services after the estate sale is over, as well as junk removal, all in preparation of your home or business being placed on the market.
Q: Should we throw out anything from home ahead of time?

A: Do not throw out seemingly “unusable” items! Even if they’re old, some items have hidden qualities that are very valuable! After all, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
Q: What should I expect in the consultation?

A: The in-home consultation consult gives us the chance to meet with you and gain understanding of your needs. We assess the overall value of the content of the estate, then determine the best route for your estate sale.
Q: Is there a charge for the initial consultation?

A: No. Our consultations are free of charge.
Q: My family members and I want to keep certain items, how do we handle this?

We do ask that you do remove all personal items, papers, photos, birth certificates, bank statements, etc. Additionally, anything you want to keep should be removed before the sale. Let us know if you need help removing or safely storing these items.
Q: Should we sell/pawn anything beforehand?

A: Absolutely not. Pawn shop and cash-for-gold shops only buy your valuable items for a fraction of what they are actually worth. Early Bird Estate Sales LLC promises to provide you top dollar pricing on all your items. You’ll net more profit if you sell your items at the estate sale.
